The Difference
"Most investigations produce information.
Few produce strategy."

You are not here because things are simple. You are here because they are not. Immaculate International operates where ambiguity becomes evidence — mapping exposure, uncovering leverage, and framing decisions before they become consequences.

The Conventional Approach
Establishes what occurred.

Collects observable facts. Documents activity after events unfold. Builds records of what can be seen. Primarily reactive — engaged after the damage is done, when positions have already hardened.

Decision Intelligence
Clarifies why it matters — and what follows.

Analyzes motive, intent, and consequence. Integrates behavioral, financial, and structural signals into strategic judgment. Structures intelligence to support decisive, defensible action — before commitments become consequences.

Where We Engage

Three Disciplines.
One Standard.

Engagements are selective — shaped by complexity, sensitivity, and strategic consequence. We advise principals and counsel on matters where the intelligence gap is not merely inconvenient. It is decisive.

01 — Litigation
Litigation Intelligence & Strategic Case Support

In complex disputes, outcomes are shaped long before filings and motions. Where information is incomplete and risk is asymmetric, early clarity enables counsel to act with confidence rather than conjecture.

  • Foundation-level clarity — verifying critical facts before commitments are made
  • Risk surface and exposure insight — identifying hidden incentives and vulnerabilities
  • Financial intelligence synthesis — integrating financial, behavioral, and structural signals
  • Strategic framing for counsel — shaping settlement posture and discovery priorities
  • Asset mapping and tracing for judgment enforcement

02 — Corporate
Corporate Intelligence & Strategic Solutions

Hidden incentives, obscured relationships, and asymmetric information distort strategic choices before commitments are made. We reveal the realities that matter — before ambiguity becomes irreversible risk.

  • Enterprise decision intelligence — risk embedded in counterparties and ventures
  • Governance and fiduciary insight — structures, incentives, and behavioral signals
  • Intelligence-led strategic diligence — bespoke due diligence for capital deployment
  • Supply chain and vendor verification
  • Risk synthesis for boards and executives

03 — Personal
Personal Intelligence with Material Consequence

In certain personal matters, implications extend beyond private uncertainty into realms of legal exposure, fiduciary risk, financial harm, or reputational consequence. Clarity must be defensible, not speculative.

  • Fiduciary and estate exposure
  • Reputational and external exposure affecting business or family standing
  • Financial entanglements and contractual exposure
  • Family court litigation support — especially when assets are at risk
  • Domestic exposure and asset discovery

Focused Capability

Asset Search & Asset Tracing — Onshore & Offshore

When judgments, disputes, or divorces hinge on what exists beyond the paper record, asset discovery becomes the difference between theory and recovery. Immaculate International conducts structured onshore and offshore asset work grounded in evidentiary discipline and strategic use.

When asset work is engaged

We are retained when clients suspect assets, accounts, or interests that are not fully disclosed, not fully understood, or deliberately obscured across jurisdictions.

  • Judgment enforcement and recovery strategy
  • High-stakes divorce and closely held assets
  • Shareholder, partner, and fiduciary disputes
  • Offshore holdings, intermediaries, and nominee structures
  • Cryptocurrency and digital-asset exposure in fraud matters
How the work is handled

Asset assignments are structured around what counsel or principals must ultimately prove — not simple lists of accounts. Onshore and offshore research is integrated into a narrative that can be used in negotiations, discovery, and, when appropriate, in court.

  • Targeted records, OSINT, HUMINT, and structural analysis
  • Emphasis on chain of custody and admissibility
  • Clear separation between intelligence leads and evidentiary exhibits
  • Reporting that can be handed directly to counsel or enforcement teams

Case Experience

Selected Matters

The following summaries reflect representative matters. All details have been anonymized or altered to preserve confidentiality. Every matter below had a moment where clarity became decisive.

Business Dispute · Asset Misappropriation
Asset Misappropriation & Business Loss Quantification

A business principal suspected ongoing financial misconduct resulting in significant losses but lacked clarity regarding scope, method, and attribution. Immaculate conducted a structured financial statement review, identifying the misappropriation scheme and quantifying losses into the seven-figure range.

Findings memorialized in litigation-support format. Clear loss quantification and scheme identification supported informed litigation strategy and reduced evidentiary ambiguity at the outset of the dispute.
Fraud Intelligence · Digital Asset Tracing
Cryptocurrency Tracing — Six-Figure Fraud Matter

A client experienced a substantial six-figure financial loss through a cryptocurrency-based scam involving impersonation of a public figure. Identified as a pig-butchering scam with heavy reliance on authority bias, Immaculate traced digital asset movement across blockchain transactions and engaged HUMINT tactics to identify related accounts outside those used in the initial scheme.

Findings compiled and referred to federal law enforcement. A defensible factual foundation was established, preserving investigative continuity across private and governmental inquiry.
Judgment Enforcement · Asset Mapping
Judgment Recovery Through Asset Mapping

Counsel held a valid judgment but required asset clarity to support collection efforts. Immaculate conducted targeted asset mapping to identify financial accounts and relevant asset structures associated with the judgment debtor.

Intelligence supported legal action resulting in a bank account hold and recovery of funds. Precise asset identification accelerated enforcement and eliminated reliance on speculative collection measures.
Probate Dispute · Fiduciary Misconduct
Probate Fraud & Executor Misconduct

Concerns arose regarding an executor's financial behavior and potential diversion of estate assets for personal use. Immaculate mapped assets, expenditures, and lifestyle indicators inconsistent with fiduciary obligations — including high-value vehicle and luxury acquisitions.

Findings supported legal intervention including recovery actions involving estate property. Documented asset misuse strengthened claims of fiduciary breach and protected estate interests.
Pre-Transaction · Partner Risk Assessment
Business Partner Due Diligence

A client considered entering into a business partnership and requested independent due diligence to assess background risk and prior business conduct. Immaculate conducted a targeted review focused on prior partnerships, litigation history, and relational patterns relevant to fiduciary and operational risk.

The review identified documented indicators of prior partner disputes and financial misconduct. The client made an informed decision and avoided foreseeable exposure before entering a legally and financially binding arrangement.
Family Law · Financial Intelligence
Financial Intelligence in High-Net-Worth Divorce

Counsel represented a high-net-worth spouse in a contested divorce involving concerns about undisclosed assets, income manipulation, and lifestyle inconsistencies. Immaculate conducted a financial intelligence review focused on asset identification, income indicators, and spending patterns relevant to equitable distribution and support considerations.

Findings organized for attorney review to support discovery strategy, negotiation positioning, and potential court proceedings. Independent financial intelligence provided clarity in a complex marital estate.
Framework

Proprietary Intelligence Architecture

Immaculate International operates using internally developed intelligence frameworks and a controlled, offline-based case management environment — designed to preserve confidentiality, evidentiary integrity, and operational discipline throughout every sensitive engagement.

Ordo · Custodia · Veritas
The operational principles governing every engagement: disciplined order, rigorous custody, uncompromising truth.
I
Intelligence Scoping

Every engagement begins with a structured assessment of the intelligence gap — what is known, what must be known, and what decisions depend on clarity. Objectives are defined before scope is set. We do not begin until we understand the decision the intelligence must support.

II
Signal Acquisition

The firm combines human intelligence (HUMINT), open‑source intelligence (OSINT), and targeted records work with a risk‑focused lens — maintaining evidentiary chain of custody from first document to final report. Every collection decision is made with admissibility and defensibility in mind.

III
Analytical Synthesis

Raw data becomes structured intelligence through financial analysis, pattern recognition, and behavioral modeling. We connect motive, timing, and data into a coherent picture of what occurred — helping clients see not only what happened, but how those facts translate into exposure, leverage, and strategic options.

IV
Decision Delivery

Work product emphasizes organized evidence, structured timelines, and concise intelligence briefings that trial teams and decision‑makers can use directly in pleadings, discovery, mediation, or at hearing. Clarity so precise it becomes an instrument of power.

About Immaculate International
About the Founder

The firm is led by its founder, a licensed private investigator and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) with more than a decade of investigative experience and a bachelor's degree in business. That blend of fraud examination, business training, and field work is well‑suited to matters involving closely held companies, internal misconduct, and complex financial fact patterns.

Before founding Immaculate International, the founder served as a U.S. Army military police soldier, earning an Army Commendation Medal with Valor during a combat tour. That experience shapes how sensitive matters are handled today: staying calm under pressure, making measured decisions with incomplete information, and protecting clients' interests with discipline and discretion.

What the Firm Does

Immaculate International concentrates on litigation support, fraud and embezzlement inquiries, judgment‑enforcement and asset‑tracing assignments, and reputation investigations for serious disputes. Across these matters, the firm combines HUMINT, OSINT, and targeted records work with a risk‑focused lens — helping clients see not only what happened, but how those facts translate into exposure, leverage, and strategic options.

How the Firm Works

Immaculate International typically engages on a project basis for litigation, fiduciary, and corporate matters where high‑quality intelligence can materially change outcomes. A limited number of tightly scoped, streamlined projects are reserved for existing and referred attorneys.

The firm does not accept routine consumer‑initiated surveillance, dating or "cheater" checks, for matters that are not of high consequence and that do not meet our client networth threshold ‑ — and is happy to refer those inquiries elsewhere. This focus keeps capacity available for counsel and decision‑makers who require discreet, court‑ready investigations rather than generic PI services.

Frequently Asked

What You Need
to Know

The questions most clients carry before they reach out — answered with the same clarity we bring to every engagement.

What types of assignments do you handle?+
Immaculate International primarily handles pre-litigation and litigation-support intelligence in matters where financial exposure, credibility, and evidentiary risk must be clearly understood before legal strategy is pursued. This includes allegation verification, financial intelligence involving fraud and misappropriation, asset mapping and tracing, digital evidence identification, and high-stakes domestic matters. Outside of active litigation, the firm also supports business-only risk and exposure assessments for corporate and fiduciary clients.
How is this firm different from a typical PI agency?+
Immaculate International operates as a boutique private intelligence and risk advisory firm — not a volume-based PI shop. The firm emphasizes strategy over guesswork, deep multi-source verification, strict confidentiality, high-quality documentation, and court-ready reporting. Clients come for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism. The firm is selective, and that selectivity is reflected in its rates and results.
What is the consultation fee?+
A $350 consultation fee is required. This fee reserves dedicated time to analyze your situation and provide strategic guidance. It ensures confidentiality and prevents unnecessary delays from non-serious inquiries. The fee is non-refundable and is not applied toward any subsequent engagement retainer. Your consultation includes a private meeting, professional review of your documents, strategic assessment of options, and a preliminary scope-of-work recommendation. This fee is waived for regular attorney partners.
Do you require a retainer?+
Yes. A retainer is required before work begins. Engagements are project-based and customized around investigative needs, objectives, timelines, and complexity. The firm does not offer transactional or à la carte services. Monthly retainer packages are available for attorneys and may incorporate streamlined tasks such as locates for service of process and background checks.
Is everything kept confidential?+
Outside of a court order, all inquiries, consultations, evidence, communications, and results are handled with strict confidentiality and full legal compliance. Discretion is not a feature of our service — it is the foundation of it.
What is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)?+
A Certified Fraud Examiner is a professional credential issued by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). CFEs are trained and tested in fraud prevention and deterrence, financial transactions and fraud schemes, investigation techniques, and law related to fraud and financial crimes. A CFE brings advanced methodology to matters involving hidden assets, financial deception, embezzlement, business fraud, investment schemes, lifestyle audits, and complex financial red flags. This certification is entirely separate from a private investigator license.
What areas do you serve?+
The firm maintains offices in South Carolina and Northern Virginia. Our network, however, is international. We engage on matters across jurisdictions where the complexity and consequence warrant the engagement.
What do I receive at the end of an investigation?+
You will receive a structured intelligence product. Depending on the matter, this may include a written summary, photographs or digital evidence, structured timelines, case notes, background or financial findings, court-ready documentation, and recommended next steps. Results are compiled clearly, professionally, and with defensibility in mind.
